Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after that. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition. Please reach out to us at frontporchpages3@gmail.com before sending anything back.

What if my order arrived damaged?
We're so sorry! Please email us at frontporchpages3@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Can I exchange an item?
Due to limited inventory, we're not able to process direct exchanges at this time. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

What's included in a bookish bundle?
Each bundle is different! Every listing describes exactly what's inside. Bundles typically include a mix of bookmarks, tassels, charm chains, and other cozy reading accessories.

Are your products handmade?
Many items are handmade or hand-assembled with love right here in our little shop. Product listings will note when something is handcrafted.

Will you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Follow us on Instagram or TikTok @front.porch.pages to get notified when new items drop.
