Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at frontporchpages3@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return necessary.

Exchanges

Due to limited inventory, we are unable to process direct exchanges at this time. We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the item you'd like.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
